Alpental Residencias Architectural Design is developed by the recognized Estudio PH from Argentina. Every detail is thought and executed by experienced Architects and meet all norms listed in the Architectural Code of Alpental Barrio Privado (modern Alpine/German style) and all Architectural norms and legislations from Peru.
We have prepared 11 exclusive house models that can be adapted to the taste and needs of each client.
The final and detailed Architectural Project is prepared after the client picks the base model and agreement is reach on any modifications that may be needed. The detailed CAD drawings are finalized and given to the Engineering Team which develops the studies and drawings for each Engineering Specialty.
